Qualifications

• CA requires High School Education/GED or equivalent; preferred in OR and HI.
• Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience preferred.
• Two years' relevant clinical laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Loads quality control and patient specimens onto analyzers for testing and performs start-up checks.
• Collects blood specimens for various tests and provides post-phlebotomy care.
• Prepares reagents and maintains on-board reagent stock; ensures analyzer functionality.
• Provides guidance to Lab Assistants to promote workflow and rapid problem resolution.
