Quest Diagnostics is hiring a Lab Assistant I in Neptune, NJ. The role is hospital-based at Jersey Shore and follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM with rotational weekends. Pay ranges from $17.20 to $24.08 per hour, with potential shift differentials and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides broad support for the assigned lab department.
• Picks up samples from accessioning and sorts into racks.
• Answers phones and directs calls.
• Unpacks and stores reagents and supplies.
• Maintains inventory and orders warehouse items.
• Sorts samples and distributes to setup hoods; manages specimen library within time frames.
• Performs waived tests under supervision.
• All other duties as assigned.
