A leading cancer reference laboratory is seeking an entry-level Accessioning Technician in Fort Myers, FL. The role involves receiving specimens, ensuring proper data entry, and performing quality assurance checks. Applicants should have a High School Diploma and preferably 1+ years of related experience. Candidates must be detail-oriented, capable of multi-tasking, and communicate effectively. This position requires compliance with safety standards in a biohazard environment, with working hours from Tuesday to Saturday, 5:00pm to 1:30am.

Competenze

• 1+ years of experience equivalent to an Accessioning Technician preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Must comply with safety policies in a biohazard environment.

Mansioni

• Receives and sorts specimens for testing.
• Timely and accurately enters data into LIS and generates sample documents.
• Identifies and reports any quality or compliance concerns.
