Responsibilities

• Performs dishwashing and pot washing duties.
• Sanitizes main kitchen and all food service equipment.
• Retrieves soiled patient trays.
• Inventories and stocks supplies in unit kitchens.
• Assists in training of other food service workers.
• Completes setup, stock and sanitation of workstations following standard procedures.
• Operates and cleans ware washing machines and related equipment.
• Cleans equipment, adjusts inventory and maintains a clean, safe work area.
