Job summary

West Shore Country Club in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a Kitchen Utility/Dishwasher to join our seasoned culinary team on a part-time evening shift (4p-11p). Starting wage is $15.00 per hour.

You will wash dishware, polish silverware, handle waste, and keep kitchen areas clean; a working knowledge of sanitation standards and availability nights/weekends/holidays are required.

We offer on-the-job training, a fun work environment, employee meals, and limited employee golf privileges to all staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Working knowledge of sanitary standards.

Responsibilities

• Wash all dishware according to the highest sanitation standards.
• Polish silverware, platters, and chafing dishes.
• Put dishware away after wash and dry process.
• Collect and dispose of trash from all kitchen areas.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas including floors, shelves, countertops, cabinets, ice machines, etc.
• Inventory cleaning supplies; including soaps, chemicals, and towels.
• Assist kitchen staff with weekly cleaning and maintenance list.
• Other duties as assigned by Executive Chef.
