Job summary

Chick-fil-A Hamlin is seeking a hardworking PM Kitchen Team Member to join our evening kitchen operations. You will prepare menu items, maintain cleanliness, and ensure food safety standards while delivering great guest service.

This role requires reliability, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. Shifts include Monday through Saturday, with some 2:00pm-11:00pm or 5:30am-3:00pm options.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and available during required shifts (Mon-Sat 5:30am-3:00pm or 2:00pm-11:00pm).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items following Chick-fil-A's high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance in the kitchen.
• Work efficiently to meet service times, high volume, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with stocking, inventory, and kitchen opening procedures.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to create a positive work environment.
