Job summary

Chick-fil-A Beaufort is seeking an Evening Kitchen Prep Team Member to help create fresh salads, wraps, and other cold items while upholding top food safety standards. The role requires availability from 3:00pm–9:00pm or 10:45pm and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

You will gain hands-on experience in food preparation, product knowledge, and internal training, contributing to a positive guest experience and efficient kitchen operations at Chick-fil-A Beaufort.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety standards are followed and kitchen cleanliness is maintained.
• Efficiently prepare cold menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Stay updated on new products and complete in-house training.
• Wash kitchen dishes and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Contribute in team meetings and follow leadership instructions.
