Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Kitchen Team Member for the 2:00pm–11:00pm shift. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen to deliver high-quality meals with attention to food safety and guest service. The role emphasizes teamwork, a servant mindset, and daily schedule flexibility around commitments outside work.

No experience is required; training is provided. The position includes opportunities like scholarships and a strong emphasis on operating with hospitality excellence in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to lift 30-50 pounds regularly.
• Detail oriented and accurate.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Works well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Use CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
• Provide Second Mile Service, going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service
• Build great relationships with co-workers, as all positions require teamwork
• Quickly and properly work assigned kitchen stations
• Keep all food and other stations stocked
• Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
• Follow procedures to ensure Operational Excellence
