The Inn at Cedar Falls Inc is seeking passionate culinary professionals to join the Kindred Spirits Restaurant team in an evening kitchen role. You will contribute to an open kitchen environment, emphasize quality and guest experience, and collaborate with a small team to deliver meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong prep and organizational skills; able to prep recipe components accurately and on time.
• Work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Capable of following recipes and preparation instructions consistently.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs throughout the shift.
• Basic knowledge of food handling and food safety practices.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to new procedures or menu items.
• Genuine passion for food, quality, and the guest experience.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work in a small, open kitchen and maintain professionalism while interacting with guests.
• Prepare across breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner as needed based on business needs.
