ZippyApp Talentral Corp. is seeking a Kitchen Crew Member to assist in food preparation and pantry stocking at our Palo Alto BOH operations. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule and hands-on training in standard recipes across the kitchen line.

You will assist with prep, maintain clean work areas, and support grill and steam stations by replenishing stock as needed. Prior BOH experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and follow exacting recipes.

Responsabilités

• Train to gain understanding of exacting methods used to prepare consistent food from specific recipes.
• Receive orders from vendors and check for accuracy.
• Monitor shift prep lists and leave prep and work lists for next shifts.
• Support Grill and Steam station staff by replenishing stock and ingredients.
• Safely lift and move items up to 30 pounds.
• Clean dishes as needed and direct the Kitchen Clean Team to maintain flow of dishware.
• Direct during slower periods the Kitchen Clean Team member who doubles as accessory prep personnel.
