TLC Janitorial Inc. is seeking a part-time Janitorial Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our Wellesley, MA site. Work Mon-Fri, 1.5 hours after 6:00pm, performing routine cleaning and restocking as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or custodial services preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
• Maintain and operate cleaning equipment and supplies safely.
• Restock supplies and ensure restrooms and common areas are hygienic and well-maintained.
• Follow health and safety protocols to create a safe working environment.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Adhere to company policies and quality standards.
