Job summary

LiveWell Group is seeking a dependable Part-Time or Full-Time PM Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our residential and commercial properties during evening hours. There is flexibility in hours after training, and the ideal candidate is self-motivated, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Ideal duties include daily cleaning of common areas, offices, and amenities; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and occasional deep cleaning; sanitizing

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or housekeeping preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and chemical safety.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas, offices, and amenities daily.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and deep-clean floors as needed.
