Job summary

MCS Building Solutions is seeking a part-time EVS Janitorial Technician to perform routine cleaning of offices, common areas, and patient-care spaces in the Cleveland area, with a schedule Monday–Friday 5:00PM–9:00PM. The position starts soon, with on-site work and a focus on sanitation in a 24/7 behavioral health setting.

Pay rate is $15/hour, with stable part-time hours and eligibility for a 401(k) with company match after 1 year.

• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must comply with clients random drug testing policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks at assigned location(s).
• Support overall cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Monitor supply levels and restock when needed.
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Follow company procedures and client-specific requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Mark's Cleaning is seeking a part-time EVS Janitorial Technician to complete routine cleaning of offices, common areas, Exam intake rooms, Consult and Interview Rooms, Workstations, Staff areas, restrooms, corridors and other assigned spaces in Level 3

• Location: Cleveland area
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00PM - 9:00PM
• Pay Rate: $15/hour
• Status: Part-time
• Number of Hires 2 (Hiring Now - Begin training off-site immediately, with the position transitioning on-site September 14th.)

Work Setting

Work is performed in a 24/7 behavioral health environment, supporting a safe, clean, and therapeutic setting for patients, staff, and visitors. The role requires attention to infection prevention, patient and staff safety, privacy, and maintaining consistent cleaning standards across all areas throughout the day and night.
