Qualifications

Technical: familiarity with heavy equipment and OSHA safety rules.
Physical stamina: ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy supplies throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

Staff Management: Assign daily cleaning duties, and train new or existing custodial personnel.
Quality Control: Inspect completed work regularly to ensure adherence to company and health standards.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders when items run low.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, including the correct handling and dilution of industrial cleaning chemicals.
Operations Support: Resolve staff conflicts, handle client complaints, and step in to clean during staff shortages.
