Job summary

CSI International Inc. in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an efficient Janitorial Supervisor to oversee the janitorial staff, schedule shifts, monitor attendance, and perform staff performance reviews.

Responsibilities include assigning duties, inspecting work, carpet and floor care, stocking supplies, training staff, resolving conflicts, attending meetings, and covering shifts when needed. Hours are Monday-Friday, 6:00PM-11:00PM.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Janitorial Supervisor.
• 1 year of previous floor care and carpet cleaning experience (Required).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Assign janitorial duties to staff and inspect their work to meet standards.
• Complete cleaning tasks as needed, including floor care and carpet cleaning.
• Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to staff as needed.
• Take inventory of supplies/equipment and inform management when depleted.
• Provide training and guidance to janitorial staff.
• Resolve conflicts between staff efficiently.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
• Perform duties during staff shortages.
