Job summary

Harvard Services Group, Inc. is seeking an Exceptional Team Member in Piscataway, NJ to perform cleaning across sites, including restrooms and common areas. You will operate cleaning equipment, restock supplies, and report hazards to management in a safe, compliant manner.

Salary details show $15.92 per hour with a benefits package (medical, dental, life, LTD) and a 401K plan. The role is part-time with an evening schedule (6pm-8pm) and equal opportunity employer statements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Must be willing to work assigned hours.
• Capable of performing the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors in all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuums.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Attend to spills and incidental clean-up as needed.
• Perform additional duties as required.
