Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc. is looking for a Cleaner to perform basic cleaning of all common areas, restrooms, entrances, floors, and surfaces across client sites. You’ll follow health and safety rules, operate cleaning equipment, and report maintenance issues.

Evening shifts are available (Mon-Fri 5pm–9pm). Part-time opportunities with potential for growth, plus a benefits package including medical, dental, life, LTD and a 401K savings plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Must be willing to work assigned hours.
• Capable of performing the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for basic cleaning across all common areas and restrooms.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuums.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
