Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a General Cleaner for an evening floater shift in Minnesota. You will train in our green cleaning practices and perform a range of cleaning duties from wiping surfaces to stocking supplies.

The role requires reliability, a good work ethic, and the ability to work independently. This position offers on-site work with a salary of $23 per hour, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some janitorial experience preferred (training provided).
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect using company procedures.
• Wipe down surfaces, fixtures, glass, and furniture.
• Remove trash and replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain clean floors.
• Identify and report needed repairs or leaks.
