Job summary

The Budd Group is seeking a Janitorial Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate janitorial operations at assigned facilities in Lynchburg, VA. You will supervise staff, assign work, train employees, maintain supplies, and ensure contract standards and safety policies are followed.

You will inspect work, communicate with customers about service quality, and assist the Operations/Account Manager in resolving concerns. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to apply common sense to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to learn basic cleaning principles and techniques.
• Ability to read numbers/quantities on labels and materials.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise hourly cleaners at the worksite.
• Execute and assign daily work schedules and tasks.
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures and PPE.
• Enforce safety standards per OSHA and company guidelines.
• Inspect completed work for quality and scope compliance.
• Maintain cleaning checklists and logs.
• Coordinate specialized cleaning projects as needed.
• Communicate with management, staff, and clients regarding cleaning needs.
