Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Porter in Chesterfield, Missouri to join our cleaning services team. This role focuses on delivering excellent cleaning, interacting with customers, and maintaining high standards in busy sites.

Shifts are 2PM to 7PM, weekends required. The position is hourly, non-exempt, with growth opportunities within a growing organization that values reliability and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
• Stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
• Read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions (in English; Spanish where state required)
• Effective communication with internal and external customers
• KBSPresence timekeeping app usage and cell phone reimbursement provided

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent cleaning and customer interaction at high-volume sites
• Maintain customer relations and fulfill daily janitorial duties
• Possess broad knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and ability to lead and solve problems
• Perform other duties as directed by manager
