Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours.
• Read and interpret safety manuals and chemical handling documents.
• Read English safety rules; Spanish may be allowed where required.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services and interact with customers on site.
• Maintain excellent customer relations while fulfilling requests.
• Demonstrate broad knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes.
• Show excellent customer service and lead on problem solving.
• Perform other duties as directed by manager.
