Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member in Cedar Falls, IA. This role offers a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow into leadership roles while supporting a wide range of facility spaces.

Starting pay is $17.0 per hour. Shifts include a 10pm–4am window. Candidates should be able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand for long periods, and operate safety procedures with KBSPresence for timekeeping.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures in English (Spanish where required).
• KBSPresence app is used for timekeeping and communications.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and maintenance per procedures and building schedules.
• Clean rooms, restrooms, offices, walkways, and windows.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors and surfaces.
• Clean and polish fixtures and surfaces; dust shelves and products.
