Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform basic cleaning of all common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture and fixtures
• Clean, sanitize and restock restrooms and break rooms
• Empty trash and recycling, and dispose of waste properly
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors; operate cleaning equipment
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Attend to spills and related clean-up tasks as needed
