Harvard Maintenance is seeking an Extraordinary Team Member to perform basic cleaning across common areas and restrooms. You will handle cleaning tasks in entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, and more, with various shifts including full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities.

The role requires at least 1 year of cleaning experience, good communication, reliable transportation, and the ability to meet physical demands of the job. Benefits include a comprehensive package and 401K options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Must be willing to work assigned hours.
• Capable of performing the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods

Responsabilités

• Perform basic cleaning of all common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, trashing, dusting, polishing, and other assigned items/areas.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly.
• Cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
