Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a Cleaner to perform basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, and floors across multiple shifts.

The role offers full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities with room for reliable, motivated individuals to join a growing nationwide janitorial team. The position requires at least 1 year of cleaning experience, strong communication, reliable transportation, and the physical ability to perform the duties described.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year cleaning experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites
• Must be willing to work assigned hours
• Capable of performing the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all basic cleaning
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly
• Cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all areas
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Performs additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related clean-up work for trash and restroom concerns
