Job summary

CCS Facility Services is hiring a Janitor to keep commercial spaces clean, organized, and disinfected. The role includes floor care, trash removal, restroom upkeep, and daily cleaning of desks and surfaces.

You will monitor supply levels, report hazards, and follow established safety procedures during night shifts. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, demonstrate punctuality and dependability, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows and walls, and general tasks.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, elevators, stairs and locker rooms.
• Disinfect commonly used items such as desks, door handles, tools and phones.
• Maintain restrooms, replenish supplies, and keep trash and recycling areas tidy.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions and maintain cleaning charts.
