This janitorial position at Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana (GCSI) is part of the AbilityOne program, a partnership between GCSI and the federal government to provide healthy operations and environments at local federal facilities. The AbilityOne program is one of the largest sources of employment in the United States for people who are blind or have significant disabilities. GCSI is one of about 500 non‑profit organizations that provides employment opportunities in competitive, integrated environments at federal government locations.

Moderate to hard physical work: walking, using hands to finger, handle, or feel; reaching with hands and arms; stooping, kneeling, or crouching; occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
Frequent exposure to dust, dirt, debris, and dust particles in the air; exposure to slippery floors and moving mechanical parts of floor cleaning equipment; generally low noise level.
Visual acuity: close and distance vision abilities and ability to adjust focus.
