Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking an Inventory Clerk for our Laredo, Texas location. This role focuses on maintaining accurate counts, managing inventory discrepancies, and ensuring proper receipt of goods in a safety-conscious warehouse.

Typical shift is Monday to Friday 3:00 pm - 12:00 am, with some weekends/holidays as required. Compensation includes benefits such as PTO and 401K; bilingual skill is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse inventory preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure system counts match physical inventory.
• Resolve discrepancies at location and pallet level.
• Look for missing product in storage locations.
• Update WMS to match physical through various methods.
• Research and document root cause.
• Accurately receive inventory and verify with checks.
• Audit inbound receipts and related documentation.
• Assist with daily and weekly reports.
• All other tasks as assigned.
