Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist for evening shifts. This role verifies inpatient prescriber orders, dispenses medications, prepares IVs and sterile products, and ensures timely preparation and distribution of patient orders.

You will provide drug information and clinical review for safety and accuracy, supervise technicians and interns, and support codes/Level I traumas.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college of pharmacy is required.
• Doctor of Pharmacy is preferred.
• Licensed or eligible for Ohio Pharmacist license within 45 days of hire.

• Dispense inpatient medications per prescriber orders and verify accuracy.
• Provide drug information and safety reviews to care teams.
• Communicate discharge needs and maintain prior-to-admission medication lists.
