Job summary

Vaupell is seeking a shift-based Machine Operator to operate injection molding machines and associated equipment. The role emphasizes quality, accuracy in paperwork, and safe, clean work practices on a Monday–Friday 3pm–11pm shift.

Responsibilities include setup assistance, parts inspection against QA samples, scrap reporting, and supporting mold changes. Candidates should read and follow English instructions and wear PPE as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, understand and follow English instructions.
• Capable of using basic hand tools.
• Understanding of basic math including fractions, decimals, percentages.
• Must be able to wear and properly use required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding machines and related equipment.
• Clip, trim, visually inspect and package quality product per instructions.
• Maintain clean and organized workspace per SOPs and quality standards.
• Complete production paperwork neatly and accurately.
• Perform checks and compare parts with QA samples and report scrap.
• Assist molders during machine changes as needed.
