Job summary

Kreate seeks an Injection Molding Operator to operate injection molding machines (UBE or hydraulic), launch molds, and secure first piece approvals to engineering standards. You will train teammates on procedures and mold-change processes to optimize uptime and meet performance goals.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 3pm–11pm. Candidates should be able to stand long hours, perform basic math, and work well in a team; Wittmann robot experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills required.
• Detail-oriented with multi-tasking ability.
• Able to lift heavy boxes regularly.
• Wittmann Robot experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines (UBE or hydraulic).
• Launch new molds and obtain first piece approval to standards.
• Train teammates on procedures and mold-change processes.
• Maintain uptime and meet performance objectives through effective changes.
• Communicate with shifts and supervisors about issues.
