Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support maintenance and repair of laundry equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, record readings, and respond to production maintenance calls, ensuring high equipment availability.

The role requires strong electrical troubleshooting skills, blueprint reading, and the ability to train new staff. Shift is mid-afternoon to late evening with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of electrical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical control systems, including PLCs, inverters, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, bearings, chains, belting, conveying systems, and valves.
• Basic blueprint reading and mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Safety-conscious with keen attention to quality.
• Ability to access all facility and equipment areas.

Responsibilities

• Performing preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Recording daily meter readings, boiler chemistry, and sanitation data.
• Responding promptly to maintenance calls during production.
• Repairing machinery efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Assisting in training new team members on equipment operation.
