Hohman Plating, a division of Novaria Group, is seeking a reliable janitorial/maintenance worker for the Dayton, OH area. The role runs Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM and requires the ability to work independently, manage time well, and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning plant spaces, offices, and grounds, plus supporting maintenance technicians. Educational requirements include a high school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months of related experience.
