Job summary

Growing Minds Behavioral Health provides evidence-based ABA and Pivotal Response Treatment to support children’s essential life skills at home and in community settings.

The in-home RBT role offers part-time hours from 2pm to 7pm with a pay rate of $30 per hour, and includes benefits like a 401(k), PTO, and health plan access. You will implement ABA plans, collect data, and help clients build communication and daily living skills under supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and valid car insurance.
• Consistent afternoon/evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors.
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based activities.
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication with families and supervisors.
