Job summary

Immanuel Pathways PACE seeks a Full Time Evenings In Home CNA to serve participants in Council Bluffs, IA. The role covers personal care, daily living activities, and supportive care in participants' homes.

Schedule is Mon–Fri 12:30 pm–9:00 pm with a weekend rotation. Pay up to $22.06/hour, based on experience and certifications. Benefits include health, life, PTO, 401(k), wellness, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate required in the respective state.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• One year of experience with frail or elderly population, or complete job-specific training within six months of hire.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and own reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide and assist participants with personal cares and activities of daily living.
• Assist in monitoring health status and maintain a safe environment for participants.
• Support restorative and recreational activities as part of the care plan.
