Qualifications
Willingness to get a Registered Behavior Technician certification within 30 days of hire.
Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions based on treatment plans.
Implement behavior intervention strategies under supervision.
Collect and accurately record data on client progress.
