Job summary

Anderson in Poway, CA is seeking an Imaging Press Operator for a full-time, 2:00pm–10:30pm shift. The role requires hands-on experience with digital production presses such as Xerox iGen or SCREEN Truepress JET, ensuring print quality, throughput, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate and maintain presses, calibrate colors, set up jobs, load substrates, and perform routine maintenance. Growth opportunities exist within production operations.

Qualifications

• Experience operating digital production presses.
• Familiarity with Xerox iGen or SCREEN Truepress or similar equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain digital production presses including Xerox iGen series or SCREEN Truepress JET high-speed inkjet presses.
• Monitor print quality and perform color adjustments/calibration.
• Set up jobs using job tickets and workflow software.
• Load substrates and manage consumables.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Meet daily production and quality targets.
• Work closely with prepress and finishing teams.
