Job summary

McLean in Simsbury, CT is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member to maintain a clean, safe environment for residents, staff and visitors. You’ll respond to service requests, clean and sanitize common areas and resident rooms, and uphold infection control and PPE standards.

The role is 1pm to 9:30pm, 40 hours weekly with every other weekend rotation. You will work as part of a supportive, team-driven environment that values hospitality, respect and thorough attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of infection control procedures and PPE requirements.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service to residents, staff and visitors.
• Teamwork and effective communication within a care setting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and provide cleaning for resident rooms and common areas.
• Clean toilets, showers, sinks and maintain a safe, odor-free environment.
• Follow infection control guidelines and wear PPE; participate in team briefs.
