Qualifications

• 2–3 years of housekeeping supervisory/management experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and payroll/timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping team in the absence of Director and Assistant Director.
• Ensure highest level of guest room and public area cleanliness to Langham standards.
• Manage safety, training, and labeling of hazardous materials per regulations.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling to meet service and budget objectives.
• Conduct inspections and participate in iAuditor programs with results review.
