Aventura at Pembrooke is hiring Housekeeping Aides to provide cleaning, laundry, and related support in a care environment. The role ensures a clean, safe, and comfortable setting for residents and staff, with duties spanning room sanitization and laundry operations.

The position offers full-time hours (2 pm–11 pm, every other weekend) and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K, paid time off, and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times.
• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry.
• Ensure proper handling of linens and personal clothing.
• Maintain the cleanliness of laundry and housekeeping equipment.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff.
