Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to maintain clean resident apartments and public areas at StoryPoint Portage, from 3pm to 8pm. You will perform laundry duties in our commercial facilities and follow established procedures to ensure high-quality service in a welcoming senior living environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and prior housekeeping experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or 1–3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• You love to laugh and have fun while working hard to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Cleans resident apartments and public areas per departmental standards, processes and procedures.
• Maintains clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas as directed, observing proper cleaning technique.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions concerning cleaning compounds, disinfectants, etc.
• Must relate information concerning a resident’s condition to appropriate staff.
• Handles supplies economically and reports needs to supervisor for replenishment.
