Job summary

Harborview at Doylestown is seeking a reliable Housekeeper for the 3:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. evening shift to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing rooms, hallways, and common areas, restocking supplies, and following infection-control procedures while maintaining resident privacy and dignity. Collaboration with nursing and other departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working around residents in a skilled nursing environment.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and empty trash
• Restock housekeeping and sanitation supplies
• Follow infection-control and safety procedures
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment properly
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests
