Job summary

Planned Companies Building Services (PBS) in Haddonfield, NJ is seeking friendly Janitors and Custodians for residential and commercial properties. Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00PM - 10:00PM, pay $15.92/hour.

You will ensure a clean, healthy, and safe environment for tenants, guests and vendors. Responsibilities include floor care, surface cleaning, bathroom sanitation, trash removal, and assisting with supply orders and repairs.

Qualifications

• Willing to stand on your feet for extended periods.
• Experience in similar roles using cleaning products, equipment to clean floors and carpets.
• Able to work on a team as well as independently when needed.
• Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills.
• A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
• Dusting and polishing surfaces throughout the building that include but are not limited to countertops, upholstered furniture, and light fixtures.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
• Emptying trash cans as well as washing and drying windows.
• Requesting cleaning supply orders, reporting breakages, and needed repairs.
