Job summary

Service Master Company in Carol Stream, IL is seeking a dependable cleaner for the evening shift. You will perform cleaning duties in facilities using ServiceMaster products and follow standard procedures to maintain clean, safe spaces.

Ideal candidates have excellent customer service, reliable transportation, and the ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work Mon-Fri 6pm-12am.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to differentiate between chemicals and follow safety instructions.
• Ability to follow directions and set schedule.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina for cleaning tasks and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Bilingual skills in English/Spanish are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures.
• Cleaning duties include sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, window cleaning and moving furniture, equipment, etc.
• Clean all common space areas including kitchen, lobby and break rooms to ServiceMaster specifications.
• Maintain all supplies (clean towels, mops, refills for chemicals, etc.).
