TPI Hospitality is seeking a hard-working guest services associate to ensure warm, efficient interactions with guests. You'll help load and organize housekeeping carts, anticipate needs, and maintain safety standards in a dynamic hotel setting.

Shift options include full-time or part-time roles with Monday–Sunday flexibility; start times between 3–5pm. Pay is based on experience, with opportunities for growth across Minnesota and Florida properties.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
• Load, organize, and maintain housekeeping carts
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously
• Report damages, maintenance issues, or lost and found items
• Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
