** Starting wage for this position is $18.00 per hour, but final wage will be based on experience.**

How do I make an impact on my team?
Our talented and dedicated Evening Hotel Line Cookwill provide our guests with appetizing and delicious food.
  • Set up equipment and prepare food based on the business forecast and catering contracts
  • Prepare salads, sandwiches, cold and hot food entrees and other prepared foods according to portion and quality standards specified in recipes
  • Poses complete knowledge of menu and recipes, including preparation procedures, plating, garnishment, portions size and presentation and special handling instructions
  • Ensure attractive presentation of all food and beverage products
  • Assist in ordering, receiving, and storing of all food and beverage related product
  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager and banquet staff with catering events
