Job summary

TownePlace Suites North Kingstown is seeking a friendly and detail-focused Full Time PM Houseperson to keep the hotel public areas clean and assist the housekeeping team with stocking and delivering supplies.

The role requires reliability, strong customer service, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A 7-day rotation including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper preferred
• Perform consistent work at the highest standard
• Remain discreet and respect privacy of guests
• Work quickly without compromising quality
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Excellent customer service skills, pleasant, and friendly
• Detail oriented and thorough
• Willingness to work rotational 7-day work cycle, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Receive assignments and prioritise items from MOD and complete tasks efficiently
• Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
• Check inventory of cleaning cart and replenish supplies; transport cart to work areas
• Clean and maintain exterior and interior hotel areas including entrances, corridors, and public spaces
• Deep clean assigned areas, including carpets, windows, and fixtures
• Clean and maintain back-of-house areas and employee spaces
• Dust and polish furniture and remove marks from walls
• Empty trash, remove soiled linens, and handle room service items
• Deliver items to guest rooms on request from the front desk
• Notify maintenance of needed repairs and coordinate room setup for events
