Portland Sheraton at Sable Oaks is seeking a PM Dishwasher to join our on-site team in South Portland, ME. This role involves handling dishware, operating and hand-washing as needed, and ensuring adherence to Colwen and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines; wash specific items by hand.
• Adhere to Colwen and brand standards.
• Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment properly.
• Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils.
• Set up work stations before meal prep begins.
• Maintains a sanitary work area as required by local health department.
• Wash and sanitize kitchen area, including surfaces, equipment, trash bins and floors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
