Responsibilities

• Prepares hot breakfast bar/restaurant items and presents food attractively.
• Maintains proper temperatures in warmers and ensures quality.
• Prepares appropriate portions based on occupancy.
• Keeps food quantities and quality high in warmers to serve customers well.
• Garnishes orders as per menu specifications and ensures proper presentation.
• Checks coolers and storage areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Requisitions food with necessary approvals according to policy.
• Cares for ranges, ovens, broilers, fryers, griddles, utensils and equipment.
• Attends to restaurant customers and communicates issues to staff.
• Ensures breakfast area and dining room are ready for customers.
