Chick-fil-A in Florida is seeking a Night Shift Hospitality Supervisor to lead the restaurant during the busiest evening hours, coach team members, and uphold exceptional hospitality. You will build a positive culture while delivering a remarkable guest experience.

This role emphasizes developing young team members, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, directing labor, and closing the shift with readiness for the next day. Evening availability and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality, retail, restaurant, or another fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience coaching or leading teams is strongly preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment throughout the shift.
• Must be dependable and committed to working evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant through the evening shift with confidence and urgency.
• Coach and develop team members in real time while maintaining a positive, encouraging culture.
• Build relationships with a predominantly high-school-aged team while setting clear expectations and holding them accountable.
• Ensure exceptional hospitality is delivered to every guest.
• Execute strong food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Direct labor deployment and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
• Manage shift execution, problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure.
• Complete nightly closing procedures and prepare the restaurant for the following day.
• Communicate effectively with fellow leaders to ensure consistency between shifts.
